1. if you choose to pay via Paypal, Western Union, or Money Gram, it only takes several minutes for our financial department confirms the order, if you choose to pay via Wire Transfer (bank transfer), it will take 3-4working days for our financial department confirms the order.
2. if we have the products you order in stock, our warehouse department will make the last QC and package it well, this step only takes several hours. If we do not have the items your ordered in stock, it will take our warehouse 1-2 working days to prepare the products well and make the last QC and package it well, this step will take 1-2 working days.
3. Our delivery department will send you package out once our warehouse department prepared the products well via DHL, UPS or EMS.
4. then our service department will email you tracking number and tracking website. You could track your package on the relevant website within 24hours. Usually delivery time depends on the shipping way.

We provide six different shipping method for your choice. We would like to introduce each one so that you can know which one is better for you. The information is only for your reference.

2. UPS. It will take about 3-5 working days.You can track the parcel online from the official website by the tracking number. It is fit for order amount more than 50 US$.

3. EMS. It will take about 4-8 working days. You can track online in official website by the tracking number.Price is relatively cheaper. It is fit for order amount more than 50 US$.

5. HongKong post. It will take about 15-25 working days.It has tracking number to track onine, but it is not live track. But price is much cheaper. It's fit for order amount less than 50 US$.

You can choose the shipping method depending on your demand.

How much is the shipping fee?
We have already given you big discount for the shipping cost. Shipping fee is differ from different quantity and shipping way. You can notice the “Shipping Methods” when you open one product web, you can fill in the quantity you like, then choose your country and shipping way you like, you will see the shipping fee.

Do I need to pay for Tax or Customs Duties?

RedTabletPC.com sends products mostly via Hong Kong which is a free port. So there is no sale tax imposed by Hong Kong government, customers will not pay any sale tax when shopping from us generally; But at the destination country, for large valued product, the local government may charge a bit tax depending on the local importing policy. To save your tax which is possibly charger, we usually write the value lower on the commercial Invoice which comes with the shipping document, and then 99% small packages will be tax free at custom side. If you have special requirement of the Invoice value or the product name on for your custom purpose, pls contact us after service or send us email before shipping products. We will make it accordingly. We will try every legitimate way to help our customers minimize their tax. However, we are not responsible for any tax incurred by your country

Will you help me to clear customs?

Though most of packages will be cleared at destination custom freely, just in case your custom needs, we will provide the basic export documents and information, including commercial invoice, shipment document, and packing list for customs clearance at the designated country.

But for the circumstances that the products are forbidden to import at your country, and it is confiscated by your custom, besides supplying you with the basic document, we will try our best to help you clear custom. But finally it is the buyer who will be in charge of the loss for the forbidden importing product for the confiscated one. RedTabletPC.com suggests buyers to consult with their custom authority in his/her country before importing any merchandise in large quantity to minimize customs duties and avoid any loss. Again, for small package or low value product, 99.9% of them are duty free and custom clearance free.

How to lower the duty?
We can write it as gifts if you require, and we could write less value in the commercial invoice which come with the package.so you will not pay tax or pay less.
